Barbara
M. Sanders is the Broker-Owner of Gold Coast Realty. Barbara
has owned the office in Morro Bay since 1984. She has been active
in the California Association of Realtors, serving as a Regional
Chairperson, local government relations member, political affairs
member, nominating committee member and a State Director. Barbara
has served the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors as President
and as the Chairperson of the following committees: Mediation,
Professional Standards, Membership and Multiple Listing.
She was honored as the Realtor of the Year in 1987. Barbara
is a member of Certified Residential Specialists, a nationwide
referral network of experienced real estate brokers. She is
an extremely knowledgeable Broker who is an asset to her salespersons
